  Mark Ferguson - Director
Mark successfully built a commercially orientated career working for 13 years in a variety of Sales and Marketing roles for major blue chip organisations including Scottish Courage, GlaxoSmithkline and Rank Hovis McDougall. In these roles Mark achieved success and experience, leading teams directly and cross functionally, influencing organisations from Board level down.

This experience has provided Mark with the ability to link theories and concepts to the practical, real life challenges, enabling the leaders he works with to translate ideas into action. As a result Mark has developed leaders nationally and internationally, in a variety of large multi-national, complex organisations, including cisco, Phillips, Barclaycard, Lend Lease and Tate & Lyle.

  Sally Ferguson - Director
Sally is a passionate facilitator of change, connection and growth. Her insightful, open and inclusive style quickly creates trust with individuals and in groups. This enables real conversations to happen and momentum to be created.

She is an experienced Learning & Development Consultant with extensive expertise in business partnering gained in senior learning and development roles working with the senior leadership teams of Cadbury and Kraft as well as leading Charities. As a facilitator Sally is highly experienced in team effectiveness,   change management, leadership capability development, coaching and people management.

Sally is a qualified ICF coach and has a strong track record of working across all levels of organisations to make personal and organisational growth happen.

Prior to a career in development Sally spent 14 years in Marketing & Strategy working for leading FMCG companies such as Cadbury, Unilever, Rank Hovis McDougall and Northern Foods. Sally has a commercial mind and understands how business works and what is important. She uses this in the development of all training interventions to ensure the client gets long lasting change and return on investment.
